(“Bank & Vogue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an automated messaging assistant (“the Assistant”) that communicates with customers and prospective customers over WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Assistant collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

Information we collect
When you message the Assistant, we may collect:
Contact and identity information — your name, your business or organization name, and the phone number, Facebook profile, or Instagram handle associated with your message.
Message content— the messages you send and the Assistant’s replies, including any details you provide during the conversation.
Business qualification information— details you share about your needs, such as the products you are interested in, order size or volume, location/country, timeline, and your role.
Technical metadata— information provided by the messaging platform, such as message timestamps and the channel used (WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive data through the Assistant.
How we use your information
We use the information to:
– respond to your questions and provide information about our products and services;
– understand and qualify your inquiry so we can route it to the right member of our team;
– connect you with a human sales representative when appropriate;
– maintain a record of our communications with you; and
– improve the quality and accuracy of the Assistant.
How your information is shared
We share your information only as needed to operate the Assistant and respond to you:
Bank & Vogue internal systems — qualified inquiries are recorded in our own customer relationship management (CRM) system (SuiteCRM), hosted and operated by Bank & Vogue on our own internal infrastructure, so our team can follow up.
Third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) who process data on our behalf:
Messaging platforms Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram), which deliver your messages to us under their own terms and privacy policies.
Conversation storage we store conversation history in a Supabase-hosted database to maintain context and a record of communications.
Artificial intelligence providers— we use AI services from Google (Gemini), OpenAI, and Anthropic (Claude) to generate the Assistant’s responses. Message content is processed by these providers solely to produce replies and is not used by us to train public AI models.
Our team — Bank & Vogue employees who handle sales and customer inquiries.
Legal and safety— where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bank & Vogue, our customers, or others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain conversation records and qualification information for as long as needed to serve your inquiry, manage our business relationship, and meet legal and record-keeping obligations. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for these purposes, or earlier upon a valid deletion request (see below).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
– access the personal information we hold about you;
– correct inaccurate information;
– request deletion of your information;
– object to or restrict certain processing; and
– withdraw consent at any time.
Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (under the GDPR) and residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) have these rights, and we honor comparable requests from customers in other regions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

How to request deletion of your data
To have the information collected through the Assistant deleted, email info@bankvogue.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the name and phone number, Facebook profile, or Instagram handle you used to message us. We will verify your request and delete the associated information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Children’s privacy
The Assistant is intended for business customers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16.
International data transfers
Bank & Vogue is based in Canada, and our service providers may process data in Canada, the United States, and other countries. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information receives an appropriate level of protection when transferred internationally.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the “Effective date” above.
