Credit Resolution Policy

1. Purpose & Overview

At Bank & Vogue, we strive for 100% satisfaction on every load we buy and sell. However, we recognize that weight discrepancies or product quality issues may occasionally arise, prompting a request for a partial credit.

Our commitment is to provide exceptional customer service and resolve these discrepancies quickly. To achieve a fair and timely adjustment, we require clear, objective evidence from the claim’s outset.

2. Evidence Requirements

Bank & Vogue requires verifiable evidence to justify any credit adjustment and ensure a fair negotiation process. Claims cannot be processed without supporting documentation.

  • Acceptable Evidence: This includes, but is not limited to, clear photographs, video footage, and certified scale tickets.

Submission Timelines: Deadlines for submitting evidence depend on the delivery method:

Within five (5) business days from the receipt of the load.

Containers

Within thirty (30) days from the date the ship docks (allows for customs clearance and processing).

Strict Deadline: If documentation is not received within the applicable timeframe outlined above, the credit request will be automatically denied unless an alternative timeline has been explicitly approved in writing by a Bank & Vogue representative.

Investigation: Our formal review process begins immediately upon receipt of sufficient, qualifying evidence.

 

3. Preservation of Property

Product integrity must be maintained throughout the dispute process. Under no circumstances should a product be destroyed or discarded prior to documenting the issue and receiving explicit written authorization from Bank & Vogue.

Re-routing Options: Bank & Vogue reserves the right to inspect, return, or redirect the product, and must be notified immediately of any substantive issues.

Penalty: If a product is destroyed without proper documentation or prior written consent from Bank & Vogue, the credit request will be completely voided.

 

4. Commitment to Fair Resolution

Bank & Vogue values our relationships with our customers and suppliers. We pledge to approach every dispute with complete transparency, regular communication, and a dedicated effort to reach a fair, reasonable, and rapid resolution for all parties involved.
